extrem hitze- und chemisch-best\u00e4ndig ist, \u00fcber eine hohe Abrieb- und Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit verf\u00fcgt, sowie trotz geringer Dichte eine extrem hohe H\u00e4rte aufweist. Entsprechend kommt die Technische Keramik dort zum Einsatz, wo andere Werkstoffe an ihre Grenzen sto\u00dfen. Die derzeit von D3-AM eingesetzten Druck-Materialien Aluminiumoxid und Siliziumcarbid finden beispielsweise in W\u00e4rmetauschern f\u00fcr Hochtemperatur-Anwendungen, Impellerpumpen f\u00fcr produziert werden.
